These are the purchase and license terms for RSG. They do not apply to Revit CDE, BIM plug-ins, 3ds Max plug-ins or any other product.

Parties and subject matter
Licensor — Roman Sidorenko, individual entrepreneur, Tax ID (INN) 263505932702, operating under the Russian Professional Income Tax regime (NPD). The Licensor grants the Licensee a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use RSG.

Software
RSG is an administrative module for Autodesk Revit Server 2021–2027, designed for centralized management of access rights, user roles, project sections, audit logging, backup automation and the Revit Server proxy perimeter.

License scope
The license is valid only within the paid parameters: license model (subscription or perpetual), term, number of users, servers, instances, covered Revit Server versions and any other restrictions specified in the invoice, order, license key or agreement.

Delivery and activation
The right to use RSG is deemed delivered upon provision of the license file, activation key, installer link or personal-account access. Activation may be performed online or offline via request-file and license-file exchange.

Price, currency and taxes
All prices are denominated in USD. Payment may be accepted in USD or EUR at the exchange rate on the date of payment. Under the NPD tax regime the Licensor independently reports and pays the applicable tax; VAT is not charged.

Support and updates
Technical support and software updates are provided only for the scope and period specified in the commercial documents. Support for future major versions of Revit Server is a separate commercial item unless expressly included in the order.

Restrictions
The Licensee may not: transfer license keys to third parties; circumvent license controls; decompile, reverse-engineer or modify RevitCDE; use the software outside the paid parameters; or publish vulnerability reports or benchmark results without the Licensor's prior written consent.

Refund and termination
No refund is issued from the moment the signed license file (<code>.rslic</code>) is generated and made available to the Licensee, because the right of use is deemed delivered at that point. The Licensee accepts this condition explicitly on the checkout page before the order is created. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of the applicable law, where they cannot be excluded by agreement, are not affected.

Liability and governing law
RevitCDE is a professional infrastructure tool. The Licensee is solely responsible for backups, compatibility testing, access-rights configuration and lawful use of Autodesk Revit. The laws of the Russian Federation apply unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.
